About: Fearless Restaurant Group is a part of a multi-concept group of 10 independent restaurants based in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ. Known for its award-winning contemporary American Cuisine and friendly service, the group operates three neighborhood locations in Philadelphia and the Main Line. The White Dog Cafe, a fourth location in Brinton Lakes Shopping Center in Glen Mills, PA, offers local, seasonal food sustainably raised in the surrounding neighborhoods and communities. White Dog Cafe is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Server to join their fast-paced, multi-faceted, neighborhood cafe.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage program; ability to provide genuine hospitality and demonstrate professional decorum; ability to lift 30 lbs, speak fluent English, and stand on feet for 4-8 hours per shift
