Position: Server – Hiring Immediately

All employees are responsible to Ka Hana Pono: do the right thing and work in the right way. Wait Help are responsible for reporting to store management and making sure all guests are well taken care of. The wait help position provides courteous and efficient guest service throughout the duration of the guest’s dining experience in the restaurant.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum age requirement is 18 years old; passed a tuberculosis (TB) skin test within 12 months or at age 16 or older; pass a drug screening test; previous cash handling and 1 year experience as a server preferred; able to interact with guests and co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner; enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment and is punctual and dependable; able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language
