Position: Server Gelato Artist
About: Amorino is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join their team. The ideal candidates should be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the core values of the company.
Requirements: No previous experience required; We will provide training, encouragement, and supervision to all new servers; Uniforms supplied to all team members; Pleasantly engage with customers helping them have an outstanding experience; Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment; Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance; Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays; Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash; Available to perform many different tasks during each shift; Be a fast learner and build relationships
