Requirements: Exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn; Age over 18 years or proper work permit and authorization documentation; Background clearances as required by government regulations; Complete a health screening and provide negative TB test results within the last 6 months or 7 days of employment; Basic counting skills; Good communication skills in English; Ability to operate standard serving equipment; Mindful resource usage; Tactful and professional demeanor with all stakeholders; Completion of dining room training course with CCG; Compliance with state specific regulatory requirements
