Position: Server – Franchise
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of Denny’s. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters in the restaurant, including hiring, firing, and staffing decisions. The job involves greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards.
Requirements: Must be able to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations; Must be able to observe and ensure products are prepared and presented according to company requirements; Ability to communicate effectively with guests; Flexible, reliable, and a team player; Must have mobility to move and operate within the work area; Ability to lift and carry food trays weighing up to 25 lbs; Must comply with health regulations related to food handling; Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
