Position: Server – Franchise
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of Denny’s. The independent franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters in the restaurant, including setting job requirements, hiring decisions, and employee policies and practices. Employees of the independent franchisee will be employed by them, not Denny’s, Inc.
Requirements: Must be able to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations; Must be able to observe and ensure the product is prepared and presented according to company requirements; Ability to communicate with guests; Team player; Reliable and flexible; Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in the work area; Lifts and carries food trays weighing up to 25 lbs; Must meet any state, county, or municipal regulations related to health risk concerns about food handling; Minimum of 1-year experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
