Position: Server – Franchise
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of Denny’s, offering a pay range of $16.00 – $26.00. Employees are responsible for greeting customers, taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently, and maintaining a courteous dining experience in accordance with company standards. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, and scheduling.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred; ability to handle cash transactions and follow company service standards; good communication and customer service skills; must meet health regulations for food handling and have physical abilities to lift trays up to 25lbs; flexible, reliable, and a team player
