Position: Server – Franchise
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of Denny’s, not Denny’s, Inc. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters in the restaurant, including setting job requirements, hiring decisions, and employment policies.
Requirements: Must be able to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations; Must be able to observe and ensure the product is prepared and presented in accordance with company requirements; Ability to communicate with guests; Team player; Reliable and flexible; Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area; Lifts and carries food trays weighing up to 25 lbs; Must meet any state, county or municipal regulations pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling; Minimum of 1-year experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
