About: The Cook and The Cork is a small, upscale award-winning restaurant open Wednesday through Saturday for dinner only. It is a fun place to work for those passionate about creative food and wine.
Requirements: Must have fine dining experience; love to smile; not mind working weekends and holidays; exemplify a passion for hospitality in all interactions with staff, guests, vendors, and the community; thoroughly ensure an excellent guest experience. Experience/knowledge required in: Min. 3 years High-End Food/Wine Service in a Fine Dining Establishment, Food/Beverage Pairing, Food Preparation Key Terms Knowledge, Food Safety Knowledge, POS Systems.
