About: JJ’s Grubb Shack is hiring Servers/Waitstaff to join their customer-focused team creating and serving excellent food and beverages to ensure customer satisfaction and return visits.
Requirements: Experience in full-service restaurant preferred; optimistic, outgoing, and positive attitude; efficient in a fast-paced environment; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; basic math skills; able to work effectively in a team; stand and remain alert for extended periods; lift up to 35 pounds as needed; continuous use of hands and arms; adhere to alcohol beverage control, safety, and sanitation policies; greet and welcome customers; help customers with food and drink selection; relay orders to the bar and kitchen; respond to customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction throughout dining experience.
