Position: Server – CB3
About: Serve food and beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to Kahler Hospitality Group’s high standards of quality. Responsibilities include responding to guest and client requests promptly, setting tables, attending pre-shift meetings, greeting guests, serving food and beverages, bussing dishes, replenishing beverages, performing side-work and general cleaning tasks, adhering to liquor regulations, and performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications include the ability to multi-task, basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, etiquette, appropriate table settings, and serviceware, as well as strong communication skills. Education and experience required include a high school diploma preferred and prior hospitality/serving experience preferred. Qualifications involve the ability to obtain any government-required licenses or certificates, with CPR and First Aid training preferred. The physical demands of the job include lifting occasionally up to 30 pounds, bending, twisting, push/pull tasks occasionally, sitting occasionally, standing frequently, and walking frequently. The work environment may involve events/restaurant-type settings with moderate to loud noise expected during events. The compensation range for this position is $10.85/hour plus gratuity. Requirements: High School Diploma preferred; prior hospitality/serving experience preferred. Ability to multi-task.
