Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; one to three months experience in food service preferred; six months experience in gourmet food service preferred; knowledge of food and wine; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to earn and maintain ServSafe certification; ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification; available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holiday, and overtime as needed
