Position: SERVER – BOTTIGLIA CUCINA & ENOTECA
About: A high-volume restaurant/club in search of a dedicated Server/Cocktail with outstanding communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, ensuring exceptional service to guests. The establishment values professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude to create a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Requirements: 2-year experience as a server/cocktail in a similar, high-volume restaurant/club environment or 1-year experience in a fine dining establishment required; 1 year experience in marketing nightclubs or restaurants and/or related experience in a Retail or marketing internship or related university marketing coursework preferred; ability to work as part of a team in a high-stress & high-volume environment; good communication skills; multilingual is a plus; ability to read and write in English proficiently; experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., and active participation in social media; basic computer skills and experience with POS systems; basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator; knowledge of different types of tendering guest checks; extensive knowledge about food and wine and ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items; ability to upsell; physically able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs on a tray or arm service where it applies; physically able to walk or stand without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time
