Requirements: Positive attitude; food and beer knowledge or the ability to become an expert; must be in possession of (or able to obtain) a food handlers permit for positions that require it; good communication and personal skills; ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet; working as a team is a must; experience in high-volume preferred; must be able to work weekends
