Position: Server/Bartender
About: Eastcastle Place, a senior living and health services facility, is seeking a talented and motivated Server/Bartender to join the hospitality team and provide outstanding service to residents and guests at Eastcastle Place. The 1884 lounge and The Gillman restaurant are central places for dining and socializing, offering sit-down and takeout service for lunch and dinner.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as a bartender in a sit-down restaurant or bar setting; minimum of 1 year experience working as a server for a sit-down restaurant or facility; must be 18 years of age or older; knowledge of food, beverages, and alcohol service; ability to build connections and maintain a professional manner; front of house service skills; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; strong work ethic; teamwork and ability to work independently; friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others
