Position: Server – Bar Symon – Pittsburgh International Airport
About: The restaurant is seeking a dedicated Server to uphold the establishment’s Mission Statement by delivering First Class Service to all guests, both internal and external. The role involves engaging with guests in a friendly and timely manner, providing recommendations, taking orders, ensuring accurate delivery, and overseeing overall guest satisfaction in a team-oriented setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; restaurant experience preferred; experience with cash handling and point of sale systems; ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment; strong customer service and communication skills; capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks; adept at handling changing priorities and unexpected situations; clear and concise communication with team members, managers, and guests; proficiency in reading, writing, and basic mathematics; physical ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, climb, and walk long distances
