Position: SERVER- BANQUET
About: Santa Ana Star Casino, located in New Mexico, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Banquet Server to provide exceptional service within a high-volume Indian gaming environment.
Requirements: Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members; ability to carry and balance service tray on shoulder; New Mexico liquor server’s license and a Food Handlers Card; legible handwriting; prior food service experience preferred; basic knowledge of banquet items and proper placement procedures; professional appearance; flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays; bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred; ability to use company-provided smartphone for applications and communication systems; obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license; excellent interpersonal skills
