Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; one year experience as a Food Server in a high-volume, upscale Hotel or Restaurant environment; thorough knowledge of food terminology, service techniques, and sanitation standards; exceptional guest service skills; basic computer skills; ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift trays weighing up to 35 pounds repetitively; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
