Position: Server – Assisted Living
About: Assists with food preparation in accordance with established procedural guidelines, follows procedures for storing, serving, and transporting food and supplies, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and follows dining restaurant procedures. The role involves preparing desserts, salads, side dishes, and meals, checking and ordering supplies, cleaning tables and work areas, delivering food and beverage orders, following cleaning procedures, wait staff procedures, and serving partner meals, tracking guest meals, training in table serving and bar operations, operating kitchen equipment, Point of Sale system, performing side work duties, washing dishes, organizing silverware, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Requirements: High school diploma or its equivalent required; on-the-job training provided; preferred qualifications include previous server experience, and experience in restaurants, hotels, or assisted living communities preferred.
