Position: Server Assistant – Raleigh Room, The Historic Cavalier Hotel
About: Clear, clean, reset tables, maintain cleanliness of floor and restaurant, and assist servers in accordance with company standards. This position is for a restaurant establishment.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; possess basic reading and writing skills; have basic communication and computer skills; able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; work well with others and possess the ability to work without constant supervision; some high school, diploma, or equivalent preferred; previous experience in a high volume restaurant environment is a plus; must be able to follow a documented standard table set up specification
