Position: Server Assistant @ Mellotone Beer Project
About: Mellotone Beer Project is seeking a Server Assistant who is quick on their feet, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping guests happy. This role involves being a hybrid of Food Runner and Busser to deliver food, maintain cleanliness, and support servers in creating an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment at Mellotone Beer Project.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift, carry, and maneuver trays and plates; flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; energetic and enthusiastic team player with strong attention to detail; ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks at once
