About: Fairmont Breakers is a historic landmark in Long Beach, now operating as a luxury hotel offering 185 boutique rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, terrace, spa, dining venues, bars, and event spaces. The hotel aims to provide elevated coastal Italian cuisine and innovative dining experiences.
Requirements: Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in upscale F&B environment; exceptional organizational qualities and skills; friendly, helpful, engaging manner; able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent; pass food, beverage, and service knowledge quizzes and skill tests
