Position: Server Assistant
About: CHICA by Lorena Garcia is a Latin American restaurant featuring authentic regional dishes from countries like Venezuela, Argentina, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Peru, and more. The restaurant offers a dynamic environment with a musically charged atmosphere, lively bar scene, and a curated beverage program. CHICA is open Monday through Sunday for happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch.
Requirements: Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills; must be able to maintain tact and cool under pressure; able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly; working knowledge of correct equipment maintenance; ability to effectively communicate in English; at least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume dining environment; at least 1 year of hospitality sales and management experience; high school diploma or equivalent
