Position: Server Assistant

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment; at least 1 year of hospitality sales and management experience; excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills; must be able to maintain tact and cool under pressure; able to work flexible hours necessary including off hours, weekends, and holidays; ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility; working knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards; ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly through service; working knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; working knowledge of all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately; interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts and provide exemplary guest service; professional appearance and demeanor; able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
