About: Texas Roadhouse is a people-first company known for serving steaks with Legendary Food and Legendary Service. They are currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in managing Front of House operations in a restaurant setting; strong knowledge of sales strategies, guest satisfaction practices, and compliance with employment policies; ability to train, coach, and manage staff effectively; understanding of liquor ordering and cost control; familiarity with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines; experience in interviewing and hiring employees; proficiency in creating a positive work environment with core values and operational goals; knowledge of safe food handling procedures
