Requirements: Must have or have the ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handlers’ Card; Must have a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska; Minimum age of 21 years is required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska; Must support and comply with company health and safety standards; Successful completion of pre-employment background check, including a credit check; Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available; Participates in HAP’s sustainability program and efforts by actively recycling (where available), reducing waste, and educating guests about their commitment to the environment; Participate in HAP’s safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests; Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors; Dedicated commitment to a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment; Must be eligible to work in the United States.
