Position: Server Assistant
About: DDC is a gaming enterprise located in Glendale, AZ seeking a Server Assistant to join their Food & Beverage team.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; some experience in the restaurant, kitchen, or dining area field required; successful work as a server assistant or food runner for at least six months; at least 18 years old; no felony convictions; ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check; knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations, food service, strong communication skills, ability to provide outstanding guest service, maintain a professional appearance, follow internal controls, obtain Food Handlers card and TIPS certification, pass Server Assistant Skill Set testing, work well in a busy environment
