Position: Server Assistant
About: FIRE is a bold tasting menu experience focused on pushing the boundaries of fire and its transformative power in cooking. Chef Achatz explores open fire cooking techniques such as ember cooking, ash-salt crusting, Patagonia-style asado crosses, and iron presses, offering a unique dining experience.
Requirements: 1 or more years of experience as a busser, food runner, server assistant, or related position; Ability to work in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment; High attention to detail; Strong communication skills; Ability to carry a tray with food and/or drinks; Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; Ability to think clearly, quickly, and maintain concentration during high-pressure situations
