Position: Server Assistant
About: FIRE, a bold tasting menu experience centered around fire and its transformative power in cooking, is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to join their team. This role involves assisting the Front of House staff to ensure smooth service, with availability required on Fridays and Saturdays. The concept explores various open fire cooking techniques and is led by Chef Achatz, emphasizing ember cooking, ash-salt crusting, Patagonia-style asado crosses, and iron presses.
Requirements: 1 or more years of experience as a busser, food runner, server assistant, or related position; ability to work in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment; high attention to detail; strong communication skills; ability to carry a tray with food and/or drinks; ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; clear thinking and concentration during high-pressure situations
