About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Server Apprentice to join their team. The Server Apprentice plays a crucial role in maintaining a timely and professional dining experience for guests by retrieving dishes, tables, and trays after In Room Dining deliveries and ensuring a well-stocked supply of products for efficient service. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; extensive knowledge of the resort and hotel features; ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays; collaboration skills with kitchen staff and servers; fluency in English; excellent communication and customer service skills; adaptability to handle high-pressure situations; ability to work efficiently in a team environment; highly organized with a passion for guest service; flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends; capability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
