The hotel offers 326 guest rooms and 31 suites, along with Miami’s only private beach, catering to both business and leisure guests.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting; Excellent communication skills with fluency in English required, bilingual preferred; Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in a high-paced and dynamic operation; Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues; Pleasant, friendly, and helpful demeanor; Consistent focus on guest satisfaction and delight; Detail-oriented approach in handling guest requests
