Position: Server – Alexandria
About: Founding Farmers Alexandria is currently hiring Servers for both full-time and part-time positions. Servers at Founding Farmers Alexandria are experienced professionals who excel in providing exceptional hospitality in a bustling restaurant setting. They possess in-depth knowledge of the scratch-made food and beverages, guide guests seamlessly through menus, and play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for diners. Servers at Founding Farmers Alexandria often advance to bartending or leadership roles within the company.
Requirements: One year of experience working in full or quick service dining required; Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed; Capable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms
