About: Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 35 properties currently in 7 states and employs nearly 2,500 employees. Requirements: Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age; able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with residents; have a positive and energetic attitude; physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; capable of frequently lifting and/or moving items up to 50 pounds; able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall; must be criminally cleared.
