Requirements: At least sixteen (16) years of age; ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum 8th-grade proficiency with residents; positive and energetic attitude toward residents; physically active with the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day; capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds frequently; willingness to assist residents with mobility; clear criminal record
