Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be at least sixteen (16) years of age; ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency with residents; positive and energetic attitude; physically active as the role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day; ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds; able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as helping individuals after a fall; must pass a criminal background check.
