About: Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in multiple properties across several states and employs a large number of dedicated staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be at least sixteen (16) years of age; ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency; positive and energetic attitude; physically active for standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day; capable of lifting and/or moving items up to 50 pounds; able to assist residents with daily activities; must pass criminal background check.
