About: The Islamorada Fish Company is looking for a Server to provide courteous and efficient service to guests in their restaurant. The Server will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for patrons by following established service standards and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred; experience in and passion for consumer service; willingness to learn new skills and be a team player; ability to memorize menu items; physical ability to regularly walk and stand and occasionally lift up to 50lbs; performs tasks and duties under general supervision using established procedures and occasional independent judgment
