Position: Serena Pastificio – Bartender/Mixologist
About: Serena Pastificio, a fine dining restaurant, showcases the art of scratch-made dishes using old-school Italian flavors with new-school techniques. The restaurant focuses on quality, fresh ingredients, and simple recipes, crafting seasonal Italian cocktails and a curated wine list for guests’ enjoyment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in customer service, bartending, hospitality, and serving; knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and beverages essential; previous point of sale system experience recommended; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; clear and professional communication skills; willingness to work varying schedules, including weekends and late shifts; physical ability to stand, bend/kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs; fine dining experience preferred
