Position: Senior Warehouse Operations Manager
About: Spreetail is a rapidly expanding ecommerce company based in Nebraska, focused on propelling brands to increase their ecommerce market share globally while improving operational costs. They are committed to building leaders and teams of leaders to push boundaries of order transit time, delivery quality, and order accuracy in the fulfillment center.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Multiple years of experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution environment, preferably ecommerce; 5+ years of management or leadership experience; Experience leading large teams greater than 150 team members, single or multiple sites; Ability to evaluate and attract top talent for the team; Strong ability to give and receive positive and negative feedback throughout the entire team
