Position: Senior Total Rewards Consultant / Compensation Analyst
About: OU Health, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Consultant/Compensation Analyst to join their team and support the organization’s total rewards strategy with a focus on compensation programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of five (5) years’ compensation experience required; experience in healthcare facility preferred; SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR/compensation related certification required; advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with project management; strong analytical and data reporting skills; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
