Position: Senior Total Rewards Consultant / Compensation Analyst

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Finance, or Business; minimum of five (5) years of compensation experience, with preference for healthcare facility experience; SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR/compensation certification required; advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications; experience in data analysis, project management, and effective communication at all levels of the organization
