Requirements: EA Required; Bachelor’s degree required; 3-6 or more years of experience in a professional services firm providing tax compliance services or equivalent government agency; Previous experience in tax advocacy or controversy a plus; Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required; Ability to provide exceptional client service, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties; The ability to work effectively in a team environment and comfortably interact with both internal and external clients on a daily basis; Excellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skills; Strong project management and facilitation skills
