Position: Senior Sous Chef
About: Marriott Hotels is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Kitchen Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, leading the culinary team, ensuring culinary standards are met, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining culinary goals, and managing human resource activities effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Must exhibit strong leadership skills, demonstrate culinary talents, and possess excellent communication abilities.
