Position: Senior Seamer Service Representative
About: Global Fortune 500 packaging manufacturer is seeking a Seamer Service Technician to join the North American Beverage Division. This position is crucial in supporting various customer-filling operations and acting as the primary interface in troubleshooting product and filling process issues.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degrees or technical school certificate in a mechanical-related discipline a plus; Working knowledge of Beverage Can Seamers (specifically Angelus, Pneumatic Scale, and Continental); Working knowledge of Beverage Fillers Equipment (Crown, H&K, Cemco, etc.); Proven mechanical skills with gauges, dial calipers, micrometers, and related instruments; Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint); Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with presentation abilities; Ability to interact clearly with customers at different levels; Identify and troubleshoot defective final products; Flexibility for overtime and weekend work based on customer needs; Willingness to travel (car and/or plane) up to 70% of the time, including some international travel to Canada
