Position: Senior Seamer Service Representative
About: Global Fortune 500 packaging manufacturer in the North American Beverage Division is seeking a skilled Seamer Service Technician to join their Technical Services Team. This role involves troubleshooting issues with the company’s final product and customer filling processes, providing support in equipment audits, rework, overhauls, and training customers on double-seaming.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degrees or technical school certificate in a mechanical-related discipline a plus; Working knowledge of Beverage Can Seamers (specifically Angelus, Pneumatic Scale, and Continental); Working knowledge of Beverage Fillers Equipment (Crown, H&K, Cemco, etc.); Proven mechanical skills with the ability to use gauges, dial calipers, micrometers, and related instruments; Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint); Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven presentation abilities; Ability to interact with customers at various levels; Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues with final packaged products; Willingness to work overtime and travel up to 70% of the time (including some international travel to Canada).
