Position: Senior Restaurant Manager – Tulu Seaside Bar & Grill, Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront
About: The Senior Restaurant Manager oversees the Restaurant, Room Service, and Bar operations to ensure customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with policies and regulations. This position collaborates with the Director of Restaurants/Restaurant General Manager to plan and manage operations, implement promotional strategies, and address guest and associate concerns. The role involves managing a team, maintaining cleanliness standards, overseeing financial management, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years experience in High Volume Restaurant Business; good knowledge of Restaurant Industry; hands-on experience with financial statements, menu creation, and beverage costing; 3 years of team management experience with 10 or more employees; college or trade school education preferred; robust knowledge of beer and wine; proficiency in Word and Excel
