Position: Senior Restaurant Manager
About: P.F. Chang’s, a unique scratch kitchen restaurant concept with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a full-time Senior Restaurant Manager to join their team. The role involves managing and executing all front of house functions according to P.F. Chang’s established procedures under the direction of the Operating Partner, offering the opportunity for career advancement within a growing brand.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in restaurant management; Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment; Experience mentoring and training hourly team members; Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to teams
