Position: Senior Recruitment Specialist, New York and Miami
About: The Senior Recruitment Specialist at a prestigious law firm in New York and Miami is responsible for leading all law student recruiting functions for the New York and Miami offices, including the summer program, On-Campus interviewing, and entry-level recruitment. The specialist ensures a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process, supports the Hiring Committee’s recruitment strategy, and leads various recruitment initiatives to attract top legal talent.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong recruiting experience in a professional services organization and/or large law firm, preferably with multi-office and in support of a diverse base of legal practices; strong track record in law student recruitment and engagement; well-developed written and oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; good judgment and empathy in sensitive situations; strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; active participation in recruiter organizations (e.g., NYCRA, NALP, etc.)
