Position: Senior Recreation Leader – Freestone Recreation Center

Requirements: Minimum qualifications: Level 1 – 1 to 3 seasons clerical and customer service experience; 1 to 3 seasons cash handling experience; 1 to 3 seasons marketing experience; some supervisory experience preferred. Level 2 – 3 to 5 seasons clerical and customer service experience; 3 to 5 seasons cash handling experience; 3 to 5 seasons marketing experience; 1 to 3 seasons supervisory experience. Level 3 – 5+ seasons clerical and customer service experience; 5+ seasons cash handling experience; 5+ seasons marketing experience; 3+ seasons supervisory experience. Licensing/Certifications: CPR and Standard First Aid within 30 days of hire. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Medium Work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
