Position: Senior Property Manager – San Mateo, CA

Requirements: 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience; 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries; success in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams; strong relationships with clients, investors, ownership groups, and vendors; budget and/or P&L management experience; proficiency with industry software (YARDI), apps, and computer programs; basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; sharp professional appearance
